our providers are offering services by video.

What We Do

We primarily offer brief, evidence-based services to youth (16+) and adults, drawing on a number of different theoretical orientations to best suit your needs. We will work with you to set goals together in order to best help you with whatever challenges you might be facing.

The assessment process will identify therapeutic goals and will assist us in collaboratively deciding upon a treatment plan that best fits your needs. Counselling services are generally short-term in nature and will be focused on assisting you to learn ways of coping with physical, emotional, and mental distress.
